All sales are final! • You are not entitled to a refund for any non-technical reason, such as "I don't like the product", "it wasn't what I expected." or "I did something wrong with it, and now it doesn't work." It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product works for him. Other than that, a thorough description has been given in every product's description. If you still have a question, ask us and we will tell you everything you want to know. • Any attempt at fraudulently refunding your order in any way, will result in you getting blacklisted from the shop and your information being sent to the appropriate local authorities for investigation into Refund Fraud. • It is not our responsibility if you have misused your products. • It is the buyer's responsibility to secure an account after we have sold it to them. • Any bad feedback or bullying before contacting us will get you blacklisted from the shop.
